
University President Dr. Edgar Cue welcomes Cambodian delegates to MPSU, together with VP for Internationalization, Planning and Information Management Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanant; VP for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr.; and VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco; Director for Local and International Affairs Dr. Karen B. Cue, formally welcomed a delegation from Cambodia during their courtesy visit to the Office of the University President.
Joining them were Congressman Atty. Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr.; Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Dalog-Duclan; Northland Technical Institute School Administrator Ms. Winifred G. Cue; TESDA-CAR Regional Director Glenn N. Murphy; and TESDA-MP Provincial Director Mr. Felixberto B. Matute Jr.
This gathering underscored the University’s commitment to fostering international collaboration and cultural exchange.
The delegations were Ms. Yim Pichmalika, Deputy Director of the Directorate General of TVET, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and Team Leader; Mr. Sem Bunthoun, Deputy Director for Quality Assurance, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and Deputy Team Leader; Ms. Ros Chansophea, Deputy Director for Higher Education, Ministry of Education and member; and Mr. Dam Bunthon, Chief of Office, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and member.
The said visit provided an opportunity for both parties to share insights on education, leadership, and community development, reaffirming MPSU’s commitment to internationalization and highlighting the University’s role as a hub for knowledge-sharing and partnerships.
