Held on May 29, 2026, at Basil and Lime in Samoki, Bontoc, the event was warmly led by MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue and the university community under the theme โCelebrating Culture, Friendship, and Global Partnership.โ
The evening was filled with lively performances from various international groups, culminating in a powerful showcase by the Mountain Province State University Student Cultural Arts Group (MPSU-SCAG). The students performed the โpattongโโa traditional Cordilleran dance symbolizing rhythm, unity, and deep cultural pride.
The highlight of the night came when the APCORE delegates stepped onto the floor to join the dance. Guided by the SCAG performers, guests from around the world learned the traditional beats, sharing joy and laughter as they navigated the steps together.
More than just an evening of entertainment, the delegates’ enthusiastic participation underscored APCORE’s dedication to embracing cultural diversity and proving that the strongest global partnerships are built on shared human experiences.
