MPSU TVET Best Practices Highlighted at China–SEA Workshop Mountain Province State University (MPSU), under the leadership of President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented the Philippines at the China–Southeast Asia Capacity Development Workshop on TVET Digital Transformation for Sustainable Rural Development, held on August 18, 2025, in Beijing, China. During the workshop, MPSU shared its initiatives on leveraging digital tools to enhance skills training and promote rural development. The event, organized by UNESCO in collaboration with regional partners, convened experts from China and Southeast Asia to exchange perspectives on innovative and inclusive approaches to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Through its participation, MPSU reaffirmed its commitment to advancing rural education while contributing to global discourse on inclusive and sustainable development.
