The Cordillera Association of International Relations Officers (CAIRO), of which Dr. Karen B. Cue, Director for Local and International Affairs, is a member, was conferred the Most Promising Regional IRO Community Award during the CHED Internationalization Champions of Nation-Building held on December 10, 2025, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). The award recognizes CAIRO’s commitment to strengthening regional networks, promoting collaboration, and significantly advancing the internationalization of higher education institutions in the Cordillera region on the global stage.
