MPSU and GRM Malaysia conducted a webinar on February 18, 2025 at the university Board Room as part of the academic collaboration strategies between the two institutions. The webinar aims to equip the participants with the essential skills to thrive in an increasingly globalized and interconnected workforce. With the theme βFuture Ready Skills 2025: Cross Cultural Perspectives in Professional Excellence, the sessionβs goal is to prepare the attendees to become more adaptable, culturally competent, and capable of excelling in multicultural settings, thereby addressing the growing skills gap in the global job market.
