With the existing partnership with the Fulbright Commission in the Philippines, MPSPC advanced to its realization of the partnership. The newly elected President Edgar G. Cue together with the OIC VPAA Mark Preston Lopez and OCI Director for Linkages Dr. Karen B. Cue paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Director of PAEF Mr. Julio S. Amador III to discuss academic collaborations last December 1, 2022.
